Real estate has always been closely intertwined with my personal life. My husband, Randy, is a second-generation builder in North Atlanta and a graduate of The Citadel, so conversations about construction, renovation, design, and the details that make a house truly special have long been part of our everyday life. That background gives me a practical understanding of quality, potential, and the building process, whether I am helping a client evaluate a renovation, navigate new construction, or simply see possibilities others may overlook. Over the years, I have also developed strong relationships with trusted builders, designers, contractors, and tradespeople who have become valuable resources for my clients.

I am proud to be a consistent yearly top producer, but my business has never been about volume. I intentionally work with a limited number of clients at a time so I can provide the attention, strategy, and personal service I believe every client deserves. Much of my business is in the luxury market, but the level of service I provide is never determined by a price point. No transaction is too small, and every client matters.

I also specialize in off-market properties and love the challenge of finding opportunities that may never appear in a traditional home search. Through years of relationships, local knowledge, and simply knowing who to call, I often help buyers uncover homes before — or without ever — hitting the open market.

Family has always been at the center of my world. Randy and I raised three daughters, and these days we are officially empty nesters, with family ties to UGA, Auburn, and Ole Miss. Raising a family has shaped the way I think about homes. To me, a great home is about much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. It is about how people live, gather, entertain, and create memories.

I love homes that feel welcoming, layered, and collected over time. My style is rooted in the South — a little Lowcountry, a little old Atlanta, with the relaxed elegance of Southern Living and the timeless sensibility of Garden & Gun. I love to entertain, set a beautiful table, gather friends and family, and create spaces where people want to linger.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy tennis, pickleball, Pilates, time at the beach, entertaining, and being with friends and family. I am also committed to giving back to my community and believe strongly in staying connected to the people and places around me.
